Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to Growth Crackers. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us or request our services.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Who we are

Growth Crackers (GC Growth Systems) provides business growth, customer acquisition and appointment-setting services. This policy covers growthcrackers.com and enquiries submitted through our website. We serve businesses in India, Australia and the United States.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and country.
  • Business and qualification details: your business name, website, industry, services of interest, marketing budget range, preferred start timeline and business challenges.
  • Communications: messages, enquiry details and information you choose to share during calls or correspondence.
  • Technical information: hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and security-related information when you access the website.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in enquiry forms. Provide another person's information only if you are authorised to do so.

3. How we use your information

  • Respond to enquiries and understand your business requirements.
  • Assess service suitability, arrange strategy calls and communicate about bookings.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver services you request.
  • Maintain business records, troubleshoot issues and protect against misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests or legal obligations, as appropriate. You can ask us to stop promotional communications at any time.

4. Forms, bookings and external services

Contact and qualification forms store the information you submit in our hosted data storage. Enquiry information may also be passed to configured customer relationship management or workflow services to manage follow-up. After submitting the qualification form, you are directed to TidyCal to choose a call time. TidyCal handles information you provide on its platform under its own privacy policy.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or another external platform, that provider also processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to external websites do not mean this policy applies to those websites.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website and its hosting services may use essential cookies or browser storage for functionality and security. The website currently has no configured Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel tracking identifiers. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising tracking, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before activating it.

You can control cookies and stored website data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect some website functions.

6. When information is shared

Information may be shared with authorised team members and service providers that support hosting, data storage, scheduling, communications and enquiry management, as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. This policy does not authorise the sale of your enquiry information.

7. International processing

Because we serve businesses in multiple countries and use hosted services, your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we will use the safeguards required for the relevant transfer. Contact us if you would like information about how your data is handled.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage your enquiry, provide requested services and meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the information and our relationship with you. You may request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent or raise a complaint with a relevant privacy authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To make a request or opt out of promotional messages, email connect@thegrowthcrackers.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
